  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

  • Returned with original packaging or tags, if applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Limited edition creator designs

  • Contest winner edition products

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered

  • Items returned after the return window

If an item is marked as final sale, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Custom, Contest, and Limited Edition Products

Some Soft Weird Club products may be created as part of special drops, contests, creator editions, or limited edition releases.

Because these items may be produced in limited quantities or made specifically for a campaign, they may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged

  • A short description of the issue

Once we review the information, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on availability.

Exchanges may be available for:

  • Size issues

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged or defective products

If the item you want is out of stock, we may offer store credit or a refund instead.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed. However, once an order has been processed, printed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Sale Items

Sale items may be eligible for return depending on the product and promotion, unless marked as final sale.

Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
